| What it does |
MiraStack is a state of the art PC-based Stacker Control system, written using Miracom's exclusive set of control system libraries. MiraStack is a control system upgrade for your mechanically sound stacker. Remove all of the old, failure-prone, unavailable components—oddball power supplies, proprietary card cages and cards, and outdated Plasma Screens. Replace them with standard, off-the-shelf, Windows PC and Ethernet control components. The software gives you more finite control of the stacker—supporting servo-style motion control in even a non-servo motor. Power your operators to control the speed and timing of the stacker for a perfect bundle off your press or insterter!
