	What it does	MiraJet is an industrialized Inkjet printer that can be mounted either on a standard bottom wrap unit (such as the Samuel BottomWrap or Quipp Viper) or to a stacker infeed extension (labeling conveyor) for address labeling. Built on Hewlett Packard Inkjet technology, the standard unit is a high-resolution, auto-cleaning, 3-jet-head system that supports 9 lines in a 7-point font (for address labeling), up to a single-line font of 1.5". The typical bottomwrap configuration uses 3 lines of 36-point text. The system also supports graphics and multiple color cartridges. MiraJet can accept standard Hewlett Packard 45 ink cartridges, which can be purchased from a variety of sources. Bulk-ink bladders (similar to a hospital IntraVenous Bag enclosed in a cardboard box) can be used as well. The auto-cleaning feature involves actuated capping of the heads when not in use to prevent the ink from drying out on the head. The system, when used in cooperation with the MiraLabel or MiraWrap software, can produce on-line inkjet labels in real time directly on your newspaper or bottomwrap!
